Everything you need to know about using our exchange.
🚀 Getting Started
What is a cryptocurrency exchange?+
A cryptocurrency exchange is an online platform where you can buy, sell, trade, and manage digital assets like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and hundreds of other cryptocurrencies and tokens. Our exchange provides tools for spot trading, margin trading, futures, binary options, peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, copy trading, staking, and more — all in one place.
You can use our platform to:
Buy crypto with fiat currency
Trade between different cryptocurrencies
Earn passive income through staking and copy trading
Transfer and store your digital assets securely
How do I create an account?+
Creating an account is quick and free:
Click the Register button in the top right corner of any page.
Enter your email address and create a strong password (at least 8 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols).
Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.
Log in and set up two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Security page for extra protection.
Complete KYC verification if you plan to deposit or withdraw fiat.
That's it — you're ready to start trading!
Is KYC (identity verification) required?+
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for certain features like fiat deposits, withdrawals above certain limits, and P2P trading in some regions. You can trade crypto-to-crypto without full KYC in most cases.
To complete KYC, go to your account menu → Verification (KYC) and submit the required documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie). Verification typically takes 1-3 business days.
How do I secure my account?+
Security is our top priority. We recommend the following:
Use a strong, unique password — don't reuse passwords from other sites.
Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) — go to Security settings and set up Google Authenticator or SMS verification.
Whitelist withdrawal addresses — only allow withdrawals to pre-approved addresses.
Use an API key IP whitelist if you're using the API.
Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone, including support staff.
Beware of phishing — always check the URL before logging in.
💰 Deposits & Withdrawals
How do I deposit cryptocurrency?+
To deposit crypto:
Go to your Wallet page.
Find the coin you want to deposit and click Deposit.
Select the correct network/chain (e.g., ERC-20 for Ethereum, TRC-20 for Tron, BEP-20 for BSC). Double-check this — sending to the wrong network may result in permanent loss.
Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR code).
Paste it into your external wallet or exchange and send the funds.
Wait for network confirmations (usually 1-30 minutes depending on the blockchain).
How do I buy cryptocurrency with fiat?+
You can purchase crypto using your credit or debit card:
Go to Buy Crypto in the main menu.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy and enter the amount in your local currency.
Choose your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer).
Enter your card details or banking info.
Confirm the transaction. Crypto will be credited to your exchange wallet shortly after payment clears.
Note: Fiat purchases may require KYC verification and are subject to daily/monthly limits based on your verification level.
How do I withdraw crypto?+
To withdraw crypto to an external wallet:
Go to Wallet and click Withdraw next to the coin.
Enter the destination address carefully (or select from your saved addresses).
Choose the correct network — must match the receiving wallet.
Enter the amount (check the minimum withdrawal limit and network fee).
Confirm with your 2FA code and email verification.
Wait for the withdrawal to be processed (usually 5-30 minutes).
📈 Trading
What is spot trading?+
Spot trading means buying or selling cryptocurrency at the current market price for immediate settlement. When you buy 1 BTC on the spot market, you own that Bitcoin immediately and can transfer it, hold it, or sell it.
To spot trade:
Navigate to Trade → Spot.
Select a trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT).
Choose Buy or Sell.
Pick Market Order (instant at current price) or Limit Order (set your own price).
Enter the amount and click the buy/sell button.
What is margin trading?+
Margin trading lets you borrow funds to open larger positions than your balance allows, multiplying both potential profits and losses. For example, with 10x leverage, $100 can control a $1,000 position.
Important risks:
Higher leverage = higher liquidation risk
If the price moves against you and your losses reach your margin, your position is automatically liquidated
You may lose your entire margin
To margin trade: go to Trade → Margin, select a pair, pick Long or Short, set your leverage (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x), enter your margin amount, and open the position. You can close it manually anytime to realize profit or cut losses.
What is futures trading?+
Futures are contracts that let you bet on the future price of a crypto with leverage, without actually owning the underlying asset. Our futures have a fixed expiry time (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours).
To trade futures:
Go to Trade → Futures.
Pick a pair and choose Long (price goes up) or Short (price goes down).
Set your leverage and duration.
Enter the amount and open the position.
At expiry, the position settles based on the market price. You can also close it manually before expiry.
What is binary trading?+
Binary options are simple "up or down" bets with a fixed duration and fixed payout. You predict whether the price will be higher or lower than the entry price after a set time (e.g., 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes).
How it works:
Go to Trade → Binary.
Select a trading pair.
Choose Up (call) or Down (put).
Set the expiry time and amount.
Place the bid.
If your prediction is correct when the timer expires, you win the payout (typically 70-90% of your bid). If wrong, you lose your bid amount.
What is copy trading?+
Copy trading lets you automatically replicate the trades of experienced traders (called "Lead Traders") in your own account.
How to copy a trader:
Go to Trade → Copy Trading.
Browse the list of lead traders. Each card shows their profit rate (ROI), total profit (PnL), AUM, win rate, and risk metrics.
Click on a trader to see their full history, asset preferences, and performance chart.
Click Copy and enter the amount in USDT you want to allocate.
Your USDT is locked. From that moment, whenever the lead trader opens a margin, futures, or binary position, the same trade is placed in your account using a proportional amount from your budget.
When the lead closes a position, your copy also closes automatically.
You can stop copying anytime — any unused USDT budget is refunded to your wallet.
🤝 P2P Trading
How does P2P trading work?+
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading lets you buy and sell crypto directly with other users using your preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.). The exchange acts as an escrow service to protect both buyer and seller.
As a buyer:
Go to P2P Trading.
Browse active offers and pick one that matches your payment method and price.
Click Buy, enter the amount, and start the trade.
Pay the seller using the method they accept.
Click "I've Paid" to notify the seller.
The seller verifies payment and releases the crypto to you.
As a seller:
Click + Create Sell Offer.
Set the amount, price, and accepted payment methods.
Your crypto is locked in escrow.
When a buyer purchases, verify you received payment, then release the crypto.
What if there's a problem with a P2P trade?+
If the buyer doesn't pay, the seller refuses to release crypto, or there's any other issue, you can open a dispute:
Go to the trade page and scroll to the "Having an issue?" section.
Click Open Dispute and describe the problem in detail.
An admin will review the case, check the chat history, and resolve the dispute fairly.
The admin can release funds to either party or split them (partial refund) based on the evidence provided. Always keep payment receipts and chat with the other party through our built-in chat system for protection.
🔄 Swap
What is crypto swap?+
Swap is the easiest way to instantly convert one cryptocurrency to another without placing orders. Powered by SimpleSwap, it offers competitive rates with no registration required.
To swap:
Go to Swap in the main menu.
Select the coin you want to swap from and the coin to swap to.
Enter the amount — the estimated receive amount updates automatically.
Click Create Swap.
Confirm and the funds are sent automatically from your exchange wallet.
Your new coin arrives in the destination wallet within minutes.
🎁 Affiliate Program
How does the affiliate/referral program work?+
Our affiliate program lets you earn commission by inviting friends and promoting our exchange.
How it works:
Go to your account menu → Referral Program.
Copy your unique referral link.
Share it with friends, on social media, your blog, or YouTube.
When someone signs up using your link and starts trading, you earn a percentage of the trading fees they pay.
Commission is credited to your account automatically and can be withdrawn anytime.
You can track your referrals, earnings, and performance on your affiliate dashboard.
📊 Staking
What is staking?+
Staking lets you earn passive income by locking up your crypto for a fixed period. In return, you receive interest (APR) at the end of the staking period.
To stake:
Go to Staking.
Browse available plans — each shows the coin, APR, duration, and min/max amount.
Click Stake, enter the amount, and confirm.
Your funds are locked for the selected duration.
When the plan ends, your original amount plus interest is automatically returned to your wallet.
Some plans allow early exit with a penalty. Check the plan details before staking.

Is my money safe on this exchange?+
We take security very seriously. Your funds are protected by:
Cold storage — most user funds are stored offline, away from any internet access
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) — optional but strongly recommended for all accounts
Encryption — passwords and sensitive data are encrypted at rest
Withdrawal whitelist — restrict withdrawals to pre-approved addresses
Email confirmations — every withdrawal requires email verification
Anti-phishing protections in place
However, no exchange is 100% risk-free. We recommend withdrawing large amounts to a personal hardware wallet for long-term storage.
